Photography has always been more than just a hobby to me; it is a passion that allows me to freeze moments in time and tell stories through the lens of my camera. My journey with photography began in 2020, during a memorable trip to a National Park with my grandfather. As we wandered through the stunning vistas and lush greenery, it was during this expedition that I was first introduced to the art of photography, and I have been captivated by it ever since.
My grandfather, an avid photographer himself, was the one who ignited my curiosity and love for capturing images. With every click of his camera, I felt the magnetic pull of this art form. As we ventured through the picturesque landscapes of the National Park, I watched in awe as he skillfully composed his shots, adjusting the settings on his professional-grade camera with the ease of a seasoned artist. His deep knowledge and passion were evident in every frame he captured, and I knew then and there that I wanted to follow in his footsteps and embark on my own photographic odyssey.
However, my enthusiasm was met with a dose of skepticism when I expressed my desire to try my hand at photography. My grandfather, concerned about the fragility of his high-end camera, initially hesitated to entrust it to me. Instead, he offered me a small Olympus pocket camera, along with invaluable lessons on the fundamentals of photography. Despite its modest size and capabilities, the camera became my faithful companion, and I eagerly absorbed every piece of advice and guidance my grandfather imparted to me, from understanding exposure and lighting to learning the importance of composition and perspective.
With the Olympus camera in hand, I embarked on my photographic journey. Every spare moment was dedicated to honing my skills, capturing the beauty of nature, candid moments, and everything in between. I spent hours exploring local parks, documenting the changing seasons, and learning to see the world through a new lens. The camera became an extension of my vision, allowing me to explore and express my creativity in ways I had never thought possible. Each photograph I took was a step deeper into the craft, a deeper understanding of my surroundings and the emotions they evoked in me.
As I delved deeper into the world of photography, I found myself constantly seeking new perspectives and experimenting with composition. I would often return to the same locations multiple times just to discover how different lighting conditions could dramatically change a scene. I engaged in countless hours of post-processing, learning to enhance my images in software while maintaining their authenticity. The journey was filled with challenges, frustrations, and moments of pure exhilaration, but I learned to embrace each step along the way.
Three years passed, filled with countless shutter clicks and the gradual evolution of my understanding of photography. By 2023, I reached a significant milestone in my photographic pursuit when I acquired not just one, but two new cameras that marked a new chapter in my artistic journey. The first was a SONY Handycam, a powerful tool that expanded my creative horizons and introduced me to the realm of videography. The second was a top-of-the-line pocket camera from NIKON, a testament to my dedication and growth as a photographer.
Armed with my new arsenal of photographic equipment, I found myself embarking on new adventures and pushing the boundaries of my creativity. Each camera offered its own unique set of features and capabilities, allowing me to capture moments with unparalleled clarity and richness. The SONY Handycam enabled me to document the world in motion, creating videos that breathed life into my still images, while the NIKON pocket camera empowered me to capture intricate details and exquisite beauty in every frame.

Music: Malay's Second Path
My music journey begun when I was in Thailand, with my Dad for his personal meetings, where I was supposed to assist him. The villa that we stayed in, had a Grand Piano, through which I was inspired. The people with whom we stayed (dad's clients) knew how to play the Piano. I was very inspired by them and the piano, the day I returned to India, I asked Dad to buy me a Portable Piano, he got it for me and then I started making music, I also got to know that I have a very special god gift in Music, I knew how to copy any beat from a song. It's been 2 years since that and this website is to showcase my pieces. |
